The kitchen is barely adequate, but the rest of the apartment was fine, clean and comfortable. The room service is spotty. Some days they came by, others they did not with no rhyme or reason. |

A well located apartment that was basic but clean. Helpful desk and cleaning staff. I would happily stay there again. |

The bin was not emptied at all over the Easter period, even though there were staff there cleaning other flats, which caused the flat to smell. However, the flat was pleasant and well located. The doormen were friendly and helpful. |

La ubicación es excelente. La atención al llegar al alojamiento fue buena y no hubo demoras. El apartamento estaba listo. Sólo recomendariamos mejorar la parte de la cocina, como agregar suministros para la limpieza de los utensilios (platos, cubiertos, ollas) y un escurridor de platos. |

Great location and great for families but the apartments were a bit dated and the cleaning service wasn´t very good. Good value for money overall. |
