We had a wonderful time in Madrid. Four nights in the center of the city and we were satisfied with the services and flexibility of the personal running the renting. Always on time, honestly, smiling and trying to make our stay as much more comfortable as possible. I would like to thank Lorena for understanding our demands. She was always available for questions and she made her best to make us feeling like home. If I plan to travel again in Madrid definitely will book again an apartment from the same site... Thank you!

I had a lovely stay in Madrid and the apartment was ideally situated and very spacious. However we were not at all impressed with the communication with the owners. We stayed in a attic apartment but the roof window was open and we were not given any instructions on how to close it which was a bit awkward.
