A modern, spacious and bright 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment located in the Las Ventas neighborhood. The entire apartment is exterior and has two bathrooms and two bedrooms (one of which has a double bed and the other two twin beds). The living room also has a twin-sized pull-out couch and a dining table for 5. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances. It is a large and comfortable apartment for 5 people that will guarantee comfort and relaxation during your stay in Madrid.
The apartment also has a parking garage (10 EUROS/day). If you need the parking space please indicate so in the comments section of the reservation page.

This apartment is located on Calle Concejal Julio Gómez 3, very close to the Las Ventas Bull Ring. From here you can stroll through a typical Madrid neighborhood (Las Ventas) that is busy, has a wide range of cultural activities and is surrounded by parks, shops and restaurants. This area also borders the Salamanca district, one of the most unique and interesting in Madrid (where you can stroll along the famous Alcalá, Goya, Serrano or Velázquez streets). You can do all this by foot or, if you prefer, by subway (metro Quintana is only few meters away).

An initial 20% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance is due on arrival in cash. The establishment will also ask for a refundable 150 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.
Remember that after arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
