General information

This is a group of two one-bedroom apartments located on the second floor of a beautiful renovated historic building (with elevator). Both apartments are street-facing, very bright and perfectly soundproofed with double glazed windows. Each apartment has a bedroom with double bed, a living-dining room with double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Both apartments are perfect for accommodating a total of up to 4 people (with a double bed in the master bedroom and double sofa bed in the living room).

Location

These apartments are located in the central neighborhood of Las Letras (Calle Nuñez de Arce 2). This is one of the most charming and culturally significant neighborhoods in Madrid’s center. Here there is an abundance of pubs, restaurants, jazz bars and live music. Plaza de Santa Ana, one of its central squares, is always full of locals and tourists alike, who enjoy its bars and outdoor cafes.

From these apartments you can walk to any of Madrid’s major sites or use the Sol metro station, only a 5 minute walk away, to navigate the rest of the city.

A 20% reservation deposit will be charged to your credit card once the reservation is made. This amount is nonrefundable. The rest of the balance will be paid upon arrival by cash or by credit card (in this case, there will be an additional 3% commission). The establishment will also require a 40 EUROS cleaning fee and a 200 EURO security deposit, which will be returned on check-out day, after an assessment of the apartment.

Before heading to the apartment upon arrival to Madrid, you must call to confirm your arrival time. The number to call will be given to you in the booking confirmation email.
