General information

This exclusive one bedroom, two bath apartment has an exquisite and minimalist decor in which comfort and simplicity reign. The parquet floors, exposed brick in the kitchen, the original iron column and select furniture give this apartment an elegant air that is in total harmony with its comfort. The apartment is also all exterior (street facing) and very bright thanks to two balconies that bathe the space in light. The balconies have two shutters (double glazed windows that are double-paned) absorbing all noise. Because of this, the apartment is absolutely silent.

The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people (there is a double bed in the master bedroom and double pull-out couch in the living room). This is definitely a cozy home that exudes style and one from which you can enjoy an unforgettable stay in the touristic heart of Madrid.

Location

This apartment is located on the third floor of a beautiful historical building (with elevator) located in the Huertas neighborhood (Calle Echegaray 19), a few meters from the famous Plaza de Santa Ana, in an area with plenty of dining, cultural and tourism options. You can walk to major tourist attractions of the capital such as Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Gran Vía, Retiro Park or the museum area. If you use public transport, metro Antón Martín is a 5 minute walk away.

The Huertas neighborhood is one of the most charming and historic in Madrid. It is a largely pedestrian area with charming narrow streets on which you can enjoy strolling among centuries of history and the most classic flavors of Madrid.

An initial 25% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance and a 30 EURO cleaning fee are due on arrival. The establishment does accept credit cards. The establishment will also ask for a refundable 100 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.

Remember that after arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
