This apartment is on the fourth and last floor of a historic building on Calle Bravo Murillo 21, a few steps from the Quevedo metro station. This is a central, pleasant and lively area known for its bustling commercial activity (Bravo Murillo Street is one of the main shopping streets in Madrid) and its wide range of tapas bars and restaurants. It is a largely residential area that is easily accessible from the historic center (Puerta del Sol, Gran Vía…) and the airport (which can be reached in just 25 minutes from the Quevedo metro stop). This is a perfect location from which you can enjoy an unforgettable stay in Madrid.

25% of the cost of the stay will be charged to your credit card upon booking. This is nonrefundable. The outstanding balance and a 40 EURO cleaning fee will be paid in cash on arrival to the apartment. The owner will also ask for a 200 EURO security deposit which will be returned during check-out after assessing the apartment.
