Apartment complex located in a welcoming, newly constructed building next to Puerta del Sol.
All apartments face the outside and have two balconies, a double room with two single beds, a complete bathroom with bathtub, fully equipped kitchen and living room. The living room has one large double sofa bed. Each apartment has capacity for four people on the two single beds and one double sofa bed.

The Puerta del Sol apartments are located just two minutes walking distance from Puerta del Sol, in Madrid’s historical, tourism and commercial center. From here you can walk to Prado Museum, Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace and other tourist sites. The building address is Calle Barcelona 6: a pedestrian-only street with no car traffic but full of restaurants, eateries and tapas bars. The building is two minutes walking distance from the Metro Puerta del Sol station.

The day of your check in, once you get to Madrid airport, you are required to call us to confirm your check in time and to let us know that you are on your way to the apartment.
An initial 25% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance and a 30 EURO cleaning fee are due on arrival. The establishment does accept credit cards, but with an additional 3% of commission. The establishment will also ask for a refundable 100 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.
No smoking is allowed inside the apartments.
