This beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath apartment stands out because of the large size of its rooms, impeccable décor, good taste and simplicity. It can sleep up to 6 people comfortably. It is very bright and all the bedrooms are street facing. The master bedroom has a double bed, a bathroom and a small private living room. The second bedroom has twin beds and the third bedroom has a double bed. All bedrooms have balconies. The main living room has a dining table for 6, a comfortable chaise lounge sofa, 5 sunny balconies and a beautiful fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped.

This apartment is located in a beautiful building on Calle Ferraz 86, within walking distance of the Argüelles and Moncloa metro stations. This strategic location, right next to Plaza de España, Debod Temple and the Royal Palace, will allow you to enjoy and get to know Madrid by foot.

25% of the cost of the stay will be charged to your credit card upon booking. This is nonrefundable. The outstanding balance and a 40 EURO cleaning fee will be paid in cash on arrival to the apartment. The owner will also ask for a 200 EURO security deposit which will be returned during check-out after assessing the apartment.
