Two beautiful studio apartments that are bright and tastefully decorated so you feel right at home. Each studio can sleep 3 people, as the apartment has a double bed and a twin-sized sofa bed.

These apartments are on the third floor of a non-elevator building right next to the Plaza Mayor (Calle Imperial 12). This absolutely central location places you just steps away from the main tourist sites and Madrid’s most historic, colorful and lively area. This location will invite you to wander through Madrid’s oldest streets while enjoying charming plazas, monuments, and centuries of history. Conveniently, Madrid’s main tourist office is next to the apartment at Plaza Mayor 3. The nearest metro station is Sol, a pleasant 5-minute walk away.

20% of the total cost of stay, the reservation deposit, will be charged to your card upon completion of the booking and is nonrefundable. The remaining balance will be paid upon arrival in cash or by credit card (in this case, there will be an additional 3% fee). There will also be a 40 EURO cleaning fee and a 200 EURO security deposit (which will be returned upon departure after assessing the apartment).
When you arrive to Madrid, you must call to confirm your arrival time before heading to the apartment. The phone number to call will be provided for you in the reservation confirmation email.
