General information

This is an afordable two bedroom apartment centrally located in the heart of the historic district. It has capacity to lodge up to 6 people. The apartment has a living room (with a double sofa bed), a master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds, a complete kitchen and a bathroom. It is located on the third floor of a building with no elevator. The property is very shinny and has three large balconies that will let you enjoy the charm of the old narrow city streets.

Location

A very well accessible apartment located in a trendy Madrid location (Calle Lavapiés 39). Just meters away from the Tirso de Molina and Lavapiés subway stations. This area is known by its constant activity and its famous terraces. It is a historically rich neighborhood in one of the oldest Madrid vicinities. It is popular among tourists and is populated by a multiracial community that adds value to its cultural appeal. Here, a large number of traditional taverns and "tapa" bars blend in with a wide selection of international cuisine.

This neighborhood is located right in the middle of four of the most significant Madrid tourist sites: Plaza Mayor to the east, Puerta del Sol to the north, the Reina Sofia Museum to the west and the Sunday rastro flea market to the south. All of it within walking distance.

An initial 20% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance and a 50 EURO cleaning fee are due on arrival in cash.

The establishment will also ask for a refundable 150 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.
