Charming one-bedroom apartment in the lively Malasaña neighborhood, only a step away from all the cultural and entertainment attractions of Madrid. Capacity to sleep up to 4 people (there is a double sofa bed in the living room and double bed in the bedroom).
The apartment has a spacious living room with a dining area and a table for 6, an open kitchen off of the living room, a separate bedroom (with a double bed and a large built-in closet) and a bathroom with a hydromassage shower. It is on the first floor of a non-elevator building.

The apartment is located on Calle Pez 15, a narrow street in the historic Malasaña neighborhood. This is a vibrant and alternative neighborhood. Its streets are full of life, fashion and youthfulness. It is frequented by artists and the most adamant followers of the latest trends and styles. The neighborhood has a wide variety of affordable restaurants, taverns, movie theaters, clothing shops and all types of businesses. Malasaña is also one of the main hot spots for nightlife in Madrid.
This area enjoys a central location half way between the historic center (Gran Vía) and more modern areas (Chamberí). The apartment is equally close to two metro stations: Tribunal and Noviciado.

20% of the total cost of stay, the reservation deposit, will be charged to your card upon completion of the booking and is nonrefundable. The remaining balance will be paid upon arrival in cash or by credit card (in this case, there will be an additional 3% fee). There will also be a 40 EURO cleaning fee and a 200 EURO security deposit (which will be returned upon departure after assessing the apartment).
When you arrive to Madrid, you must call to confirm your arrival time before heading to the apartment. The phone number to call will be provided for you in the reservation confirmation email.
