This is an 80m2, two-story duplex located in a magnificent, stately building right in the center of Madrid (next to Plaza de España and Paseo de Pintor Rosales). This spacious apartment has two bedrooms and can lodge up to 6 people. The apartment has two floors: the top floor has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) and a bathroom with a tub. On the bottom floor you will find the kitchen and a living room with a dining table for 6. The living room also has a double sofa bed. Both floors are very sunny and the apartment is extremely quiet.

This duplex is on Calle Rey Francisco 5, in a central and commercial area that is also very quiet at night. It is located practically on the corner of Calle Princesa and right next to the Ventura Rodríguez metro. The Corte Inglés de Princesa is also very close to here. Only minutes away you will find the famous Gran Vía, with its vibrant commercial, tourist and gastronomic life. And because of the many office buildings in the area, many of the dining options are real bargains. Only a few meters from the apartment you can reach Templo de Debod, on Paseo del Pintor Rosales: a very nice area full of gardens and, especially in warmer months, many outdoor cafes.
This is definitely an ideal option if you want to have access to Madrid’s center and tourist sites, to be able to see the city on foot and to enjoy the rich commercial, social and gastronomic life the city has to offer right from the apartment door.

An initial 20% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance and a 40 EURO cleaning fee are due on arrival in cash. The establishment will also ask for a refundable 200 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.
Remember that after arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
