This is a two bedroom apartment with capacity for four adults (in one double bed, one single bed and a single sofa bed). The apartment is decorated with lively and colorful motifs.
The living room is presided by two large windows that look out to the street, invading the space with light throughout the entire day. There is a comfortable single sofa bed where you can enjoy the large flat-screen TV, as well as chairs and a black leather foot rest. There is also a table facing the windows, just right for working on your computer or indulging in some relaxed reading. In the same room there is a dining table in wooden tones, that seats four. This gives way to the kitchen, totally equipped with appliances and cutting-edge furnishing in cheerful red tones.
The master bedroom, impeccable and roomy, is decorated in white and has a comfortable double bed, night tables and an ample closet. The second bedroom has an individual bed and is also very bright and quiet. The bathroom has a modern décor and impeccable finishings.

This apartment is located on Calle Cadarso 11, just a few meters away from the famous Plaza de España, the key spot where Madrid’s “Broadway” starts: Gran Vía, a cosmopolitan standpoint where the latest tendencies mingle with the city’s most authentic flavor.
A short walk away we will come to the majestic and stately Royal Palace, and the no less impressive Sabatini Gardens, the perfect spot for a wonderful stroll. In this same area, the Royal Theatre welcomes the most central district of town. Here you can enjoy the Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol and all the million charming little streets that define Madrid’s traditional flavor and character.

An initial 25% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance and a 30 EURO cleaning fee are due on arrival. The establishment does accept credit cards, but with an additional 3% of commission. The establishment will also ask for a refundable 100 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.
Remember that after arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
