General information

This two-bedroom apartment can accommodate up to five people. It is provided with one double bed in the master bedroom, one single bed in the second bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is supplied with a complete private bathroom, bed linen and towels, Wi-Fi Internet, TV, DVD, completely equipped kitchen, refrigerator, and heating. The apartment is located on the first floor of a non-elevator building.

Location

This studio is located on Calle Olivar 18, in the popular and historic neighborhood of Lavapiés. This area is one of the most diverse and lively of Madrid due to its extremely mixed-range of music, art and theater that typify the area. As one of the most emblematic neighborhoods of Madrid, it also benefits from a very convenient location right next to the famous Paseo del Prado, where the city’s three big museums are located: Reina Sofía Museum, Prado Museum and Thyssen.

The apartment is also within a few minutes walking distance from Madrid’s main tourist sites: Cibeles, Puerta de Alcalá, Retiro Park, Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol are just a short walk away. The neighborhood includes major tourist and cultural appeal, a wide choice of restaurants, traditional tapas taverns and moderns places to sample on your night out.

The Lavapiés subway station is just a five minute walk from the apartment. A little bit further, on the opposite side, is the Atocha Train Station, which guarantees easy access to the airport and the rest of Spain.

An initial 20% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance and a 40 EURO cleaning fee are due on arrival in cash. The establishment will also ask for a refundable 200 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.

Remember that after arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
