This is a completely reformed 55 square foot apartment that can fit four people. It is a cozy, exterior apartment that is very sunny, with 3 balconies and a window and that look out onto the street. The apartment’s layout consists of a bedroom, a living-dining room, a bathroom and a kitchen. The bedroom is quite large and has a double bed, a built-in closet and a balcony. The living room has two balconies, a double sofa-bed and a dining area with a table for four. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower. The kitchen comes with a washing machine, dishwasher, glass stove-top, microwave, refrigerator and all kitchen utensils necessary for your stay. The apartment has all the kitchenware, bedding and household items you will need to make your stay comfortable and pleasant.

This apartment is located in the Barrio de las Letras (Calle Moratín 18), in the heart of Madrid’s museum mile. This area is also known as Huertas, and is one of the most historic and classic of all neighborhoods in the center of Madrid.
The Prado, Thyssen and Reina Sofía museums are only meters away from the apartment. From here you will be able to enjoy other tourist sites such as the Plaza Santa Ana, the Plaza Mayor and the famous Puerta del Sol.
This location is perfect to wander Madrid’s oldest streets, discovering charming pedestrian walkways with traditional taverns, tapas bars and small businesses.
The proximity to Atocha Station and Antón Martín metro will also guarantee you easy access to anywhere else in Madrid.

An initial 20% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance is due on arrival in cash. The establishment does not accept credit cards. The establishment will also ask for a refundable 100 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.
Remember that after arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
