Situated right in the heart of the la Latina district, this luxurious two-bedroom duplex apartment will make you feel like at home in one of the most attractive Madrid neighborhoods. The apartment, with its distinctive modern deco and furniture, occupies the fifth floor of a recently renovated building (with elevator). It is furnished with a contemporary style and is able to lodge up to four people.
The apartment is arranged on two floors. The base floor layout consists of a master bedroom with a double bed, a full size bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large dining room (with two balconies overlooking old Madrid). The second bedroom is on the top floor and it has a double sofa bed.
This high standard apartment will captivate you with its good taste, amplitude and the feeling that every detail has been carefully chosen.

The main distinctive characteristic of this apartment is its unique location in the la Latina district (Calle Toledo 60). From here, you are at a short distance from some of the trendiest restaurants and tapas bars in Madrid. The aperitif time (noon to four, or later) during weekends and the Sunday's Rastro flea market are also an authentic experience. A few minutes away are the Royal Palace (the most outstanding monumental area in Madrid), San Francisco Church and the Cebada Square. It is also a few blocks away from Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor (north) or Puerta de Toledo (south). It is also very close to the la Latina subway station.

An initial 25% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance and a 30 EURO cleaning fee are due on arrival. The establishment does accept credit cards, but with an additional 3% of commission. The establishment will also ask for a refundable 100 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.
Remember that after arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
