Our apartment on Calle Lope de Vega helped make our stay in Madrid very comfortable and convenient. Great location! 10 minute walk from the Prado or Plaza Mayor via Calle Huertas. The area has a nice neighborhood feel and offers everything that we needed. The apartment is quite modern and new. It offers the what we needed to have fresh orange juice and expresso in the morning to help us get going. The HVAC work nicely as it was both warm and cool during our stay. Our contact for the apartment offered a helpful orientation upon our arrival covering the area, how everything worked in the apartment, and recommendation for some great tapas nearby. We stayed in Madrid 5 days, so the washing machine came in handy. The bedroom is in a loft, but makes for some low ceiling. That takes some getting used to but it also provides more floor space. I´m quite tall and I adapted easily - the low ceilings are in places where I was lying down or sitting. On the weekend, the restaurant´s next door was a bit noisy but that didn´t last long. If you´re staying in Madrid for more than a couple nights, I would definitely recommend the apartment for a comfortable stay. |

Bueno, para nosotros altos (mi marido mide 197cm) la cama de arriba era demasiado corta. Hicimos un cambio con los niños: ellos fueron a la cama de arriba y nosotros al sofá cama de abajo. La parte de la cocina y el baño era demasiada baja para nosotros. El piso está muy bien equipado con todos los detalles y hay mucho perfeccionismo en el trato! |

This is a group of three one-bedroom apartments located in a recently fully restored historical building (construction completed in 2009). All three apartments are similar in size (about 50sq m; 540sq ft) and they are all located next to each other on the same floor. Each apartment can fit up to four adults (two in the double bed in the master bedroom and two in the double sofa bed in the living room).
The Huertas apartments are three comfortable duplex apartments with a layout arranged on two floors. The bottom floor has a bathroom, a kitchen, a small dining table and a living room with a double sofa bed. The staircase to access the top floor is located in the living room. The master bedroom is on the top floor. It is open to the living room with no wall and as sunny as the rest of the apartment. The master bedroom has a roomy wardrobe and a desk for working or reading.

These apartments are located on a small, quiet and charming street (Calle Lope de Vega 7) in the middle of the triangle formed by three of the most important tourist references in Madrid: the museums area (Prado, Thyssen, Caixa Forum and Reina Sofía), Puerta del Sol and Santa Ana Square. This is the perfect location for tourist purposes and to see Madrid by foot from its very historical city center. Additionally, the nearby Antón Martín subway station grants you excellent access with the rest of Madrid and an easy way to come in and out of the city from other locations.
The street where these apartments are located (Calle Lope de Vega) is an old, narrow cobblestone street extremely quiet considering its very central location. Here, noise will not be an issue on the weekends or weekdays. At the same time, the lively nearby Huertas street (right behind the apartment), offers you the best selection of traditional restaurants, "tapa" bars and coffee shops.

An initial 25% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance and a 30 EURO cleaning fee are due on arrival. The establishment does accept credit cards, but with an additional 3% of commission. The establishment will also ask for a refundable 100 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.
Remember that after arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
