The Hemingway apartment is a spacious three bedroom, two bath apartment with room to comfortably fit up to ten adults. This modern apartment is approximately 120 m2 in size and is located on the 1st floor of a recently renovated historic building (built in 1840).
The apartment consists of:

- Exterior (street-facing) living room with balcony and double sofa bed
- Totally equipped and furnished kitchen
- Full bathroom with hydro massage shower and built-in radio
- Double bedroom (with two twin beds) with a small balcony with street views
- A second bedroom with two twin beds

- Master bedroom (with double bed) with a small balcony facing an interior patio

This cozy and bright three bedroom apartment has an unbeatable location in the very center of historic Madrid (Calle Príncipe 26) next to the famous Plaza de Santa Ana. This is without a doubt a must-see neighborhood during your stay in Madrid if you are here for touristic purposes. Furthermore, from here you will be able to see the entire city center on foot. Puerta del Sol (Sol metro), Plaza Mayor (with the city’s main tourist office) and Gran Vía are all only a stone’s throw from the apartment. The three most important museums (Prado, Thyssen and Reina Sofía) are a very close walk down Calle Huertas.
Because of its excellent location in the heart of Madrid, with ample entertainment and gastronomic options in the surrounding area, this spacious apartment is ideal for a family or for a group of friends.

15% of the reservation cost will be charged to your credit card upon completing the booking. This amount is non-refundable. The remaining balance will be paid by paypla or in cash upon arrival. The establishment will also require a 200 EURO security deposit in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you after the apartment has been inspected to ensure that everything is in perfect condition. Within 48 hours of your departure you will receive the deposit by bank transfer or paypal.
Remember that before heading to the apartment after arriving to Madrid, you must call to confirm your arrival time. The number to call will be provided for you in the reservation confirmation email.
