General information

This is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment that sleep 8 people. The master bedroom has a double bed. The two other bedrooms have two twin beds each. The living room also has a double sofa bed. The apartment has two full bathrooms, one of which with a jacuzzi tub with room for 3 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, dishes, appliances and an extendable dining table with chairs for 8.

Location

This apartment is located in the Chueca neighborhood (Calle Valverde 9), just feet from the famous Gran Vía. This is the largest avenue in Madrid and the thoroughfare of the historic center. From its beginning at Calle Alcalá until its end at Plaza de España, Gran Vía is home to the city’s most emblematic buildings, most famous theaters, main commercial businesses and constant activity 24 hours a day.

Chueca as a neighborhood is itself an attraction not to be missed, perhaps a less touristy but more authentic and original one. Here the latest fashion trends, variety of restaurants and alternative crowds live side-by-side, qualities that have attracted the attention of the gay community throughout all of Europe.

The Gran Vía metro stop is two minutes away and the main tourist areas are also easily accessible by foot: Puerta del Sol, the Royal Palace, Plaza de Cibeles or the art triangle formed by the three main museums (Prado, Thyssen and Reina Sofía).

20% of the total cost of the stay will be charged to your card upon reservation for the reservation deposit. This amount is nonrefundable. The remaining balance will be paid upon arrival in cash or by credit card (in this case, there will be an additional 3% commission charge). There will also be asked for a 40 EURO cleaning fee and a 200 EURO security deposit (which will be returned upon departure after assessing the apartment).
