This comfortable one bedroom, one bath apartment is located on the top floor of a charming elevator building in the heart of Madrid. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with double pull-out couch, a dining room, a reading room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. This is a very sunny and quiet apartment, ideal for couples or families looking for tranquility right in the center.

Location

This apartment has a privileged location in downtown Madrid in the Chueca neighborhood (Calle Barquillo 33). This is an old area of Madrid that has become a benchmark in design, art and modernity in recent years. Here you will find the latest trends in fashion and decoration, some of the most commercial streets in Madrid (like Calle Fuencarral and Calle Almirante) and the most popular bars and restaurants in the capital.

From this central location you can walk around all of historic Madrid. The famous Gran Vía and many other points of interest (such as the Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol), are just a short walk away. The nearest metro station is Chueca.

A 20% reservation deposit will be charged to your credit card once the reservation is made. This amount is nonrefundable. The rest of the balance will be paid upon arrival by cash or by credit card (in this case, there will be an additional 3% commission). The establishment will also require a 40 EUROS cleaning fee and a 200 EURO security deposit, which will be returned on check-out day, after an assessment of the apartment.
