General information

Two bedroom, one bath apartment that is exquisitely decorated and furnished. Its interior is highlighted by an elegant design that combines pleasant pastel shades with wood paneling. The apartment is also bathed in natural light which helps to enlarge the space. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 twin beds), accessible from the living room, a large living room (with a pull-out couch) and dining area connected to a large, comfortable kitchen and a bathroom. It is the perfect apartment to accommodate a maximum of 6 people comfortably.

Location

This apartment is located on Calle Espronceda 3 in the Chamberí neighborhood, halfway between the IglesiaIglesia and Alonso Martínez metro stops. Chamberí is a typical Madrid neighborhood, noted for having an active business, leisure and dining scene. In fact, Madrid’s most authentic tapas bars, frequented mostly by locals, are found here. From here you can take a pleasant stroll down Calle Santa Engracia and arrive at Madrid’s more touristy areas (Chueca, Gran Vía...) in only 10 minutes.

An initial 20% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance and a 40 EURO cleaning fee are due on arrival in cash. The establishment will also ask for a refundable 200 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.

Remember that after arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
