General information

Two-bedroom, one-bath duplex apartment that can fit up for 5 people. The apartment is comfortably spread out over two floors which creates two different atmospheres, one of entertainment and the other for relaxing. On the main floor you’ll find the living room (with a pull-out couch for two), the dining area (with a table for five) and the kitchen. You can reach the upper floor by a spiral staircase in the living room. The bathroom and the two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a single bed) are on the upper floor. It is a sunny and quiet apartment.

Location

This apartment is located on Calle San Joaquín 8. It is a small, quite, narrow, and charming street located in the heart of the lively Chueca neighborhood, an area full of life, fashion, designer boutiques, tapas bars and an endless amount of activity.

This location will allow you to walk to many of the must-see sites in Madrid, like Gran Vía, the Puerta del Sol and the Plaza Mayor. A little farther away, only 15 minutes by foot, you can reach Madrid’s museum area and Retiro Park.

The apartment is located only a few meters from the Tribunal metro station.

A 20% reservation deposit will be charged to your credit card once the reservation is made. This amount is nonrefundable. The rest of the balance will be paid upon arrival by cash or by credit card (in this case, there will be an additional 3% commission). The establishment will also require a 50 EUROS cleaning fee and a 200 EURO security deposit, which will be returned on check-out day, after an assessment of the apartment.

Before heading to the apartment upon arrival to Madrid, you must call to confirm your arrival time. The number to call will be given to you in the booking confirmation email.
