This is a one bedroom, 60 sq m (650 sq ft) apartment able to fit up to five adults. The apartment has one double bed, one single bed an a double sofa bed. Its layout consist of a large corridor from which you access the hall, a master bedroom (with a double bed and a single bed in it), a bathroom (with a bathtub), a kitchen and a spacious living and dining room. The kitchen is a separate room, although it is open to the living room through a window with a bar and two stools. This apartment is located on the third floor of a non-elevator building.

This apartment is located in the Chamberí district (Calle Gaztambide 33) next to the famous Princesa and Alberto Aguilera streets. This is a very lively neighborhood, known for shopping, and with a large young population (due to its proximity to the university area). It is mainly a residential neighborhood, with many offices and constant activity during the weekdays. Here you will find all kinds of restaurants ranging all prices and styles; from local and traditional spanish to international cousine. The closest subway station is Arguelles, which is about a five-minute walk from the apartment.

An initial 25% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance and a 30 EURO cleaning fee are due on arrival. The establishment does accept credit cards, but with an additional 3% of commission. The establishment will also ask for a refundable 100 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.
Remember that after arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
