The base floor has a large living room with a dining table for 6, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom and a kitchen. The top floor layout consists of a master bedroom with a double bed, a full size bathroom and a second living room.

This two bedroom and two bath apartment is located on Calle Limón 26, right in the heart of Madrid's historic city center. It is surrounded by many restaurants and tapas bars, by the famous Plaza de España, by Calle Princesa and by Gran Via (the biggest avenue in the old district). The apartment is also very close to three different subway exits: Noviciado, Ventura Rodríguez and San Bernardo.
The apartment is located right across the street from the Conde Duque Cultural Centre. This is one of the maine cultural meeting points of Madrid where hundreds of visitors walk by to enjoy its frequent shows, plays and exhibits. At the same time this is also an exceptionally quiet area given its central location.

An initial 25% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance and a 30 EURO cleaning fee are due on arrival. The establishment does accept credit cards, but with an additional 3% of commission. The establishment will also ask for a refundable 100 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.
Remember that after arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
