This is a luminous, spacious and luxurious two story duplex apartment with a large private terrace that can be used most of the year, thanks to its retractable cover. This exclusive apartment will captivate you with its good taste, amplitude and attention to detail. It is furnished with a contemporary style, and it comes fully equipped with the highest quality appliances. It is located in a newly constructed building (with elevator) that has a private swimming pool on the roof.

This exclusive duplex attic apartment is over 150m2 in size (75m2 base floor + 75m2 terrace). It can fit 3 adults (as it has one double bed and one single sofa bed). The apartment is arranged on two floors. The bottom floor has an open floor layout with five different zones: a large living room area with a single sofa bed and a table for four, a full size kitchen with the latest appliances, a bathroom with a separated shower, a work area with a double desk and one armchair, and a master bedroom with a double bed. The terrace is on the top floor and is accessible by a staircase in the living room. The terrace has a barbecue and a large table for up to 8 people.

Location

This apartment is located on Calle Sebastián Elcano 30, right next to Atocha Train Station. This residential area is close to the city's historical centre and the main tourist sites such as Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol or the Royal Palace. It is one block away from the Reina Sofía Museum and Palos de la Frontera subway station. A five minute walk will take you to the nearby Railway and Prado museums. This apartment is ideally located in a quiet and safe area in a friendly neighborhood with a variety charming local bars and restaurants. Madrid's main landmarks as well as its leisure and cultural activities can be reached easily either by foot or public transportation.

An initial 25% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance and a 30 EURO cleaning fee are due on arrival. The establishment does accept credit cards, but with an additional 3% of commission. The establishment will also ask for a refundable 100 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.

Remember that after arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
