General information

Two 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartments located next to each other on the same block, each with capacity for 6 to 8 people. These two large apartments are located in a very secure building with a doorman and two elevators. They come with all the amenities you would find in your own home, including WiFi internet access, air conditioning, central heating and wooden floors.

These apartments have the following lay-out: A double bedroom with a king size bed and a roomy wardrobe; a second bedroom with two single beds; a third bedroom (with two beds in the beige apartment and one bed in the yellow apartment); two full bathrooms; a wide living room, TV area & dining room, and a full kitchen. The yellow apartment (capacity for up to 8) has a double sofa bed in the living room and a portable bed. The beige apartment has capacity for up to 6 people in 3 double bedrooms (one of them with a king size bed and the other 2 with twin beds).

These two apartments are very spacious and are suited for families or large groups who want to be centrally located and within walking distance from Madrid’s city center.

Location

Apartments located in Calle Canarias 15, next to the Atocha Train Station. This is primarily a residential area close to the historical city centre and tourist sites such as Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, the Royal Palace, Palacio de la Opera and Gran Vía... Just meters away from Palos de la Frontera metro station, the Railway Museum and the Prado Museum. This is a strategic location in a quiet and safe area, where you will find a friendly neighborhood and a lively commercial and leisure zone plenty of shops, markets, restaurants, etc. Moreover, the main landmarks can be reached easily either on foot or by public transport.

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to complete the booking. The outstanding balance is due upon arrival in cash. The establishment will also ask for a 150 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.

After arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
