A group of two apartments (1 & 2 bedrooms) located next to each other in the same building and with capacity for up to 6 people each. Located in a historic building, both the apartments and the building have been recently refurbished. Tastefully decorated with a fun and modern Mediterranean style. With bright colors prevailing in every small detail - lamps, pillows, curtains, and walls – as well as a fully-equipped interior, these apartments are definitely unique.
These apartments are ideal for large groups of up to 12 people willing to stay together but who want the comfort of two separate apartments located next to each other.
2 bedroom apartment (red, 6 upper images):
A bright and sunny 2 bedroom apartment with a king size bed in the master bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom. The living-dining room has a sofa bed that sleeps 2, a table with chairs and a TV set. The kitchenette and full size bathroom come fully equipped.
1 bedroom apartment (orange, 6 bottom images):
This beautiful 1 bedroom apartment is especially quiet as it does not face the main street. The bedroom has 2 single beds and a double sofa bed. The living-dining room has a second double sofa bed, a dining table and a TV area. The kitchenette is fully equipped and the large bathroom has two independent areas.

Located in the center of old Madrid (Calle Leganitos 27), these apartments are surrounded by Madrid’s must-see monuments and tourist sights. A few steps from the famous Gran Vía, Plaza de España and only a 5-minute walk from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol, the epicenter of Madrid. Further along is the lovely Austrias neighborhood with fantastic "tapa" bars around every corner and a multitude of restaurants, bars and pastry shops, all with their specialties worth sampling. Two subway stations are very close by: Plaza de España and Santo Domingo.

An initial 20% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance and a 60 EURO cleaning fee are due on arrival in cash. You can pay with credit card, but in this case, there will be a 4% additional commission. On your check in, the property management will ask you for expressed authorization to use your credit card as a security deposit. This may be used to charge on it the corresponding costs for any possible damages caused to the apartment during your stay.
Remember that after arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
