Two one-bedroom apartments (75 & 45 m2) refurbished with quality detailing such us mahogany floors, hard-wood doors, chimney and high ceilings. Extremely well furnished and fully equipped so that you don't miss anything from home during your holidays: internet DSL Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, TV, DVD... Each apartment has capacity for up to 4 people, as there is 1 double bed and 1 double sofa-bed.
Apartment deluxe (green, 6 upper images):
A gorgeous one-bedroom (75 m2) luxury apartment for up to 4 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a large closet. The lounge has a XIX-century chimney, a dining table for 6 and 2 sofas (one of them is a double bed). It gets lots of natural light through the two balconies facing the main street. The bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped.
Apartment Gran Vía-Chueca (blue, 6 lower images):
A fabulous 45-square meter, one-bedroom apartment located on a quiet street next to Gran Vía, in the very centre of Madrid. The apartment has an open-plan living room with a kitchen and a double sofa-bed, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a complete bathroom with a power shower.

These two apartments share a privileged location in an old and quiet neighborhood (Calle del Barco 29) packed with taverns, "tapa" bars, theatres and small local stores. Walk out the building's front door and arrive to famous Gran Vía (metro Gran Vía) in less than 2 minutes. You will have a cultural and shopping experience waiting for you around every corner.

An initial 20% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance and a 40 EURO cleaning fee are due on arrival in cash. You can pay with credit card, but in this case, there will be a 4% additional commission. On your check in, the property management will ask you for expressed authorization to use your credit card as a security deposit. This may be used to charge on it the corresponding costs for any possible damages caused to the apartment during your stay.
After arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
