This apartment is located in the Plenilunio area (Calle Deyanira 59). This is a residential neighborhood on the outskirts of Madrid next to the IFEMA fairground and Barajas Airport. This is a particularly convenient location if you need proximity to IFEMA and the airport.

An initial 20% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance and a 40 EURO cleaning fee are due on arrival in cash. The establishment does not accept credit cards. The establishment will also ask for a refundable 200 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.
