This beautiful one-bedroom, 50 sq m apartment is perfect to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment is very sunny and benefits from all the advantages of a modern, new building that has been designed respecting and integrating the aesthetics of the original building. The apartment comes with all amenities and has exceptional soundproofing. So, despite being in a central, busy area, you will not hear the slightest noise and the apartment will stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
The apartment has a living room with an easy-to-open double sofa bed and a dining area for four, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and kitchen off of the living room.

This apartment is on Calle Antonio Grilo 11. It is in a new building in a quiet, central area just a few feet from Gran Vía and other landmarks as Plaza de España. From here you can enjoy the center of Madrid by foot or reach other areas by subway from the Plaza de España station.

20% of the total cost of stay, the reservation deposit, will be charged to your card upon completion of the booking and is nonrefundable. The remaining balance will be paid upon arrival in cash or by credit card (in this case, there will be an additional 3% fee). There will also be a 40 EURO cleaning fee and a 200 EURO security deposit (which will be returned upon departure after assessing the apartment).
When you arrive to Madrid, you must call to confirm your arrival time before heading to the apartment. The phone number to call will be provided for you in the reservation confirmation email.
