General information

The Togumar apartments are a group of 71 studio apartments in a newly constructed building. Each apartment sleeps 4 people (there are two single beds and two extra beds). All the apartments have a bedroom, living-dining room, desk, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. They are tastefully decorated and equipped with everything necessary for both the businessman and the occasional tourist: internet, telephone, television with international channels, daily cleaning... All the apartments have a functional and welcoming design. The building has 24 hour reception 24 and private parking.

Location

The Togumar apartments are located on Calle Canillas 59 in the area north of Paseo de la Castellana, next the Prosperidad metro stop. This area is well connected to Juan Carlos I fairground, Madrid’s business district and its tourist center. It is a convenient location from which to explore Madrid while enjoying all the conveniences of a traditional Madrid neighborhood which has everything you need: shops, supermarkets, pharmacies...

The reservation deposit (20% of the total accommodation cost) is non-refundable and it is required to complete the booking. The outstanding balance is due upon arrival. The establishment accepts credit cards.

Cancellations should be requested at least 72 hours before your arrival. If you fail to do this, you will be charged the first night's accommodation cost.
