How to reserve

Making a reservation through our website is quite easy, but if you have any problems, just follow the steps listed below:

1. Select dates and number of people: Choose your arrival/departure dates and number of people and then press the "search" button. Keep in mind that you should choose the number of adults (older than 18) and the number of children (between 3 and 18 years old). Children younger than 3 years old are not charged for their stay. If you will require a baby crib (for children younger than 3 years old), please let us know later in the comments section of the reservation page.
2. Consult the list of available accommodations: After pressing the "search" button, you will be shown a list of available properties. Keep in mind that you can limit your search by choosing only hostels, hotels, hotel-apartments and apartments. You can also select what type of apartment you'd like to see (one-bedroom, two-bedroom, etc.).
3. Select the desired property: Click on the name of the establishment (or its photo) to see property details.
4. Select the number of desired rooms/apartments and click the "book" button: In most cases, you will only be allowed to select one apartment, but in others you will be looking at a group of similar apartments within the same apartment building. If that is the case then you will be able to reserve more than one apartment.
5. Complete the reservation form and click the "book" button: Fill out the reservation form with all requested information (including personal information and credit card details) and click "complete reservation".
6. Check your e-mail: Immediately following the completion of your reservation, you will receive an e-mail with the reservation confirmation number and a PDF document attached detailing the amount you have been charged on your credit card.

All reservations are made online using a credit card. If you would like to contact us before making your reservation, you can do so by e-mail () or by phone. If you call us, please do so only Monday through Friday during office hours (and keep in mind the time difference if you are calling from outside Spain).
